Our story

We build the tool we wished we had.

LunarPOS started in the back of a repair shop — buried in sticky notes, missed callbacks, and a spreadsheet that broke every time it grew. So we built something better.

The mission

Give every independent repair shop the software big chains take for granted.

Repair shops run on trust and turnaround time. But most of the tools out there were built for coffee bars or clothing racks — never for a bench covered in opened devices and a customer waiting for a quote.

We obsess over the boring parts: a clean intake, an accurate parts count, a text that goes out the moment a repair is ready. Get those right and the shop runs itself.

LunarPOS is built and run by 3LEV, a UK software company founded by Fahim Shirzad after four years on a repair bench. We're independent, we answer our own emails, and we build for shops like the one we came from.

“A repair shop shouldn't need an IT department. It should just need a fast counter, a clear queue, and customers who know their device is ready.”

— Fahim Shirzad, founder of 3LEV

What we believe

Principles we don't bend on.

Built for the bench

Every screen starts from a real repair workflow — intake, diagnosis, parts, pickup — not a generic retail template bolted onto repairs.

Your data stays yours

Tenant-isolated by design. Your customers, tickets, and sales are never pooled or sold. Export everything to CSV whenever you want.

Opinionated, not rigid

We make the common path fast and obvious, then get out of your way when your shop does things its own way.

We answer the phone

Support from people who understand repair shops, not a script. Real humans, fast replies, no ticket-number runaround.
