Terms of Use

These terms explain the rules for using the LunarPOS website and application. They cover your account, what counts as acceptable use, and the responsibilities we each carry.

This page is provided as a clear, good-faith summary of our terms. It is a template and not legal advice — for a binding agreement specific to your business, please review with qualified counsel. Questions? Contact us.

01Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the LunarPOS website and application (the “Service”), operated by 3LEV, a company based in the United Kingdom. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not access or use the Service.

02Your account

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

  • Provide accurate information when you register and keep it current.
  • Keep your password and any device PINs confidential.
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You are responsible for the actions of staff members you invite to your workspace.

03Acceptable use

To keep the Service safe and reliable for every shop, you agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to process unlawful transactions.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or data.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written permission.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted.
  • Upload malicious code or use the Service to transmit spam or harassing content.

04Your data and content

You retain ownership of the data you put into the Service, including your customers, tickets, inventory, and sales records (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to host and process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and store any personal information you enter, and for complying with applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction.

05Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, perform maintenance, or impose limits, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

06Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by 3LEV (which operates LunarPOS) and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding without our prior written consent.

07Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or for prolonged inactivity. Where we terminate without cause, we will provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your data.

08Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in the application. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
