These are the commercial terms for paying for LunarPOS — how plans, trials, billing, and cancellation work. They sit alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

01The agreement
These Terms & Conditions form the commercial agreement between you (the “Customer”) and 3LEV, the UK company that operates LunarPOS, for paid use of the Service. They work alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Where these conditions and the Terms of Use conflict on a commercial matter, these conditions control.
02Plans and subscriptions
The Service is offered on tiered subscription plans. The features, location limits, and prices for each plan are described at sign-up and in your account.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled.
- Additional locations are added to your existing subscription rather than billed as separate accounts.
- We may introduce new plans or adjust features with reasonable notice.
03Free trial
We may offer a free trial. No payment method is required to begin a trial. If you choose a paid plan, billing starts when you subscribe. We will not convert a trial into a paid subscription without your action.
04Billing and payment
- Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor.
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due.
- Prices are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes unless stated.
- If a payment fails, we may retry and may suspend the Service until the balance is settled.
Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers; where a card is used at the counter, only the last four digits are recorded for reconciliation.
05Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods.
06Changes to fees
We may change subscription fees. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before a price change affects your renewal. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
07Customer responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you process through the Service.
- You are responsible for your own compliance with payment-card, tax, and consumer-protection rules that apply to your shop.
- You will not use the Service in a way that breaches our Terms of Use.
08Warranties and liability
Except as expressly stated, the Service is provided without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this agreement limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
09Governing law and disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. The parties will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith before pursuing formal proceedings.
